Paypal Wishlist paying again

Wow, Today i was surprised because paypal send me $0,67 into my account. Maybe because i registered for paypalwishlist for valentine. On their terms said that we must shopping to get maximum $25 on our account from Jan until 14th February. I just registered and never thinking about it anymore. I know that i was send money to another account on that date. Maybe because of that i get the $0,67 into my account.
